Ascolta Training And Delivery Options

Ascolta offers you a variety of options to participate in our weekly scheduled Cisco courses. These options include the increasingly popular instructor led virtual classroom, a traditional “brick and mortar” classroom, or a combined virtual classroom delivered in one of our “brick and mortar” locations. Every Cisco course we teach in any given week can be attended from virtually anywhere all the time.

We recognize how difficult it is to plan time away from your already demanding schedule to attend a class when and where you need it most. With this in mind, we make it as convenient and practical for you to obtain the necessary technical information and hands-on learning tools that best fits your schedule and not someone else’s. Why continue to wait or reschedule a class when you can actively participate in the course you need within your timeframe?

Whether you have an instructor physically in front of you in our classroom or virtually online, you will receive the very same interactive instruction and hands-on lab experience any way you attend. The one thing we do know for certain; you instantly benefit from learning critical technical skills taught by our experienced and certified Cisco instructors.

Ascolta Virtual – These are classes intended for students who may not have the option of attending a physical classroom or choose to attend virtually from their home or office. Our virtual classes are delivered via Cisco© WebEx Training Center and allow students to participate in interactive discussions and exercises and view the instructor’s virtual ‘whiteboard’ just as they would in a physical classroom. The students also connect to the same labs just as they would in our traditional classroom environment. Prior to the class, we ship each student the necessary Cisco courseware in hard copy format as well as the headsets to participate via VoIP. The login instructions to attend the virtual classroom environment are sent vial email.

Ascolta Classroom – Ascolta maintains several regional offices throughout the country. We take great pride in our classroom locations and do our very best to provide you with a comfortable and friendly environment. From our award winning instructors and Cisco certified account team to our well equipped amenities, we know you count on us to listen to your needs and we deliver upon those expectations. In addition to our regional offices, we also hold classes in many cities across the United States in partner locations.

Ascolta Classroom/Virtual – These are virtual classes held in our physical classroom locations. Although the instructor isn’t physically present in the room, they are virtually present and teaching from a physical or remote location. Every week you will find multiple classroom locations offering the same course in different cities around the country. It is our goal to teach the classes in those locations that have ample students registered to attend. If a particular location or locations have smaller numbers of attendees registered two weeks prior to the beginning of class, we gladly invite those students to come to our location and attend the class from an instructor teaching from another physical or remote location. For some, this provides the best resolution for those who may not have the option of attending virtually and or prefer a classroom environment over working from home or their office.

Does it cost the same? – Yes, even though those attending virtually have the advantage of 1:1 lab experience; we maintain the same price point as our traditional classroom offering.

Does it come with any guarantees? – Yes. We gladly provide a 6-month audit right to attend the class at any one of our locations. Or, if you are not satisfied with the quality of a virtual class, simply notify the instructor during the morning of the first day of class, return the courseware, and you will receive a full refund for that class.

Are there any other benefits to virtual training? – Eliminate the time and cost of travel, avoid waiting for a class to be offered in your geography, receive the same level of interaction and instruction as a traditional classroom environment, receive 1:1 hands-on lab time, receive extended lab time during the class week, interact with classmates from around the country.
