Objectives

This course covers:

Day 1

• Review BGP principles: attributes, route filters, distribution lists
• Configure, Troubleshoot & Monitor basic BGP networks (using BGP local preference)

Day 2

• Review MPLS VPN principles: mpls vpn architecture, routing model, mechanism, vrf tables.
• Configure, Troubleshoot, & Monitor basic MPLS VPN networks.

Day 3

• Review QoS technologies: QoS mechanism, queuing, class-based policing/shaping
• Configure, Troubleshoot, & Monitor QOS enabled WAN network: class-based policing/traffic shaping.

Course: Cisco Advanced Routing, Switching and QoS
Recommended Audience: Network Support Analysts, Network Engineers, and similar roles; students must be familiar with router troubleshooting, configuring and monitoring of MPLS VPN networks and QoS implementation.
