Cisco IP Contact Center Express Specialist

Individuals who achieve this specialization will demonstrate competence in the planning, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and application of the Cisco IP Contact Center (IPCC) Express Edition.  To obtain the Cisco IPCC Express Specialist designation, you must pass a comprehensive exam.  You may prepare for the exam by taking a five-day instructor-led course.  Topics covered in the course include planning and designing an IPCC Express installation; building self-service work flows, understanding call routing and queuing logic; configuring agent skills and supervisor teams; integrating to CRM databases; and troubleshooting.

Cisco IP Telephony Design Specialist

The Cisco IP Telephony Design Specialist designation was developed for those who design IP Telephony multi-service network solutions.  Cisco IP Telephony Design Specialists can design a scalable, converged network using QoS, Cisco Call Manager clustering, H.323, MGCP, or SIP signaling protocols, and assess the scope of work required to integrate legacy TDM PBXs and voice mail systems into an existing data network.
